openQA Deployment

Deployment is fully automated
With every commit on the main branch a new build in OBS will be triggered
On openqa.opensuse.org a zypper update is done regularly
Necessary service restarts happen
Database changes will be done automatically thanks to the DBIx::Class deployment feature
