YAML.pm - Disable loading globs by default

Did you know that you can manipulate any global variable by loading YAML?
Now this is only supported if you enable $YAML::LoadCode

# This will set $YAML::LoadCode to true! --- !!perl/glob PACKAGE: YAML NAME: LoadCode SCALAR: 1
