Fix YAML.pm?

At the end of 2016, I went over a large number of old RT Tickets for YAML.pm
I created pull requests from patches
I wrote some pull requests myself
I realized that it's impossible to fix remaining issues because:
It would require a lot of refactoring
It would "break" behaviour that people already rely on
I thought of writing a new parser from scratch
