Enter YAML Test Suite

In 2016, Ingy started the yaml-test-suite project
It is not complete, but has a lot of tests already
It can be used to test parsing language independently
It can also be used to test the whole loading process, but since this is language dependent, it is limited
At some point Felix "flyx" Krause joined the project
He was implementing a (very fast and complete) YAML parser in the Nim language
He turned almost all of the Spec examples into Test Suite tests
